Academic experience
-Hand Gesture Recognition for Automatic Picture Taking
September 2014 - December 2014
This project was completed in MATLAB which used 120 of sample images to train the Cascade object detector. The Camera was used to track the real-time gesture and clicks the image after giving a time gap of 5 seconds to get ready. The clicked image was then saved to certain directory.
-6 Wheel Obstacle detector robot
September 2014 - December 2014
The robot when turned ON runs and avoids obstacles. It works on a Arduino Mega Kit, ultrasonic sensor and the motor shields which allowed to control the DC motors and read the encoder in turn avoiding the obstacle.

June 2012 - March 2013
Project based on the concept relating a virtual world with real world. The project uses a normal webcam, processing unit like computers or mobiles and a mini projector. The project was used to make some efforts to understand and interact with the dumb and deaf people with the common people.
-Mobile Bug
December 2011 - February 2012
In certain places like examination Hall, use of mobile or GSM devices are prohibited. So a device detecting such services is to be used. It also detects unauthorized video transmission. This 5-7 cm device covers a distance of around 10m diameter and detects ongoing calls or transmission.
